SIM order details page is missing information

Clicking the "View your order" link in the "Your order is on the way" email after ordering a SIM card leads to a page that is missing a bunch of the information that should be there. There should be info under the "Thank you <your name>" section, but it seems like some buggy code has caused it to be commented out.

You wouldn't happen to be using Chrome would you? I couldn't use Chrome to order a SIM because the pages wouldn't load completely. I had to install FIrefox.

I did use Chrome to order the SIM cards, which worked fine.

For some reason the bottom of the main pages on PM don't load for me in Chrome. There's no "scrolling" whatsoever.
