I GOT THIS IDEA WHEN MY cell was lost.
i send mail and tryed to contact Public Mobile for sim replacement.
i was able to get sim from public mobil after around 20 days.
i was unable to make or recive calls within that period.
Now public mobile should do some thing in the process of Re Issue sim Cards.
For there users they must set up methord for Getting New Sim As early they can. because for new customer they dont even have call center facilty.
they can charge some amout but they must give sim cards on timely way.
and Public should have special way for processing this request
For eg. set up special email address for lost sim.
