Reorganize the Topics in PM Community for Easier Navigation

I think PM needs to reorganize the way Topics or other infor are displayed

Example:

PM has Announcements, Public Labs, Phones and stuff,

What if PM placed some of the vital info, Like APN and Tethering Settings in its OWN Folder, so PPL can find without having to Navigate the community too long, so that they have a Direct route to vital Info that can save them time, and increase positive results

Having a Folder where if you need replacement Handsets, this Folder would direct PPL to correct places, so that PPL who have no service due to theft or loss of handset can find the info ASAP and be back in business Pronto, and little hassles and excellent ease.

Having Dedicated Folders can certainly help PM streamline the process, and maybe cut down on repetitive questions that can be better directed at more complex issues that may require more thought. 

This, should be a Priority that PM should ultimately address

Hello PM Community,

Idea: I think the Moderators should have the ability to delete threads ( or maybe the Oracles? )

Reason:  There is a LOT of threads that do not provide VALUE to the community.

Examples:  Threads where the resolution is "I sent you a Private Message", and that's it.

This does not add value to the comunity because:

• We do not learn anything.
  
  
• Users with the same problem cannot self-resolve their problem by reading the thread.
  
  
• Community cannot help a user if something has to be done in the back-end.

What do you guys think?

I would k advise that PM Mods clean up redundant topics, and perhaps have a file covering all common and simple issues that are simple to resolve, while the more complicated ones remain to be solved by the MP client Coop system
