I think PM should consider this, as a way of informing them on way plan-picking works
If first-time, Inform them, when picking a Plan, MAKE SURE you pick PLAN(s) You want, PRIOR to CHECK-OUT
BECAUSE, IF you chose PLAN C, & you WANTED PLAN E, YOU END UP paying again for that mishap, and USUALLY there's NO REFUND, DUE TO Public Mobile being a PREPAID Carrier, as Opposed to a Postpaid Carrier
Posting this Caution Warning can certainly help REDUCE, MAYBE NOT ELIMINATE, BUT HOPEFULLY REDUCE, the number of incidents that this Universal Policy can unleash, since it's NOT confined to Public Mobile Prepaid, BUT ALL Prepaids across the Planet
