Removal of Voice Mail option

Not every one is a fan of the stupid voice mail that is included, some people want there phones to ring until answered so please give us the option to have this voice mail option excluded.

Every Provider in the country that included voice mail in there prepaid plans give you the option to have the voice mail removed except for Publicmobile, Koodo Prepaid and Mobilicity.

So please give us the option. I know you can record and extended greeting and all that non sense but the fact is with this extended greeting the voice mail still kicks in and not to mention if the phone is turned off the extended greeting with kick in. So please give us the option for voice mail removal.

You know, I agree. And if one can opt out of VM, shouldn't the price be reduced, like $5-$10? Something fair

Correct!, if I can't use my vm service when I want, it's better to decrease my service for at least 3$, can they do that, if U ask them they'll respond it's included in your package.

I admit PM certainly has a long way to go, how far, any ones guess. But, if VM opt out, Echat, a troubleshooting guide to common issues and how to correct, then at least they're making some traction. You know, another useful tool PM needs to tap, is also for PM Mods to call PPL directly, after Private messaging the person, so that the 1 on 1 chat can bring some fruitful results. For PPL who, after exhausting all other options, I think PM needs to make these priority 1, along with ensuring that the *611 PM staff have access to GF planners like us, so that we're not getting impatient. The pricing for new plans, Adding 1.5, 2, 2.5, 3, 3.5 Gig plans, having more Add on's priority 2 on the laundry list

Jeremy, I read the email you sent, and yes, I give my humble approval of what you've sent link for me to check. Now, That's a start, but, let's see how this baby works, and see if these modest reforms can JumpStart the Ol' Powerplant to greater Heights. But, I also was thinking, PM should post what benchmarks have been set, what Goals PM has achieved, and how much further to go, therefore providing PM clients some inspiration at the roadmap that PM and Telus has begun to chart. As saying goes, PPL who join a co. As clients are like mini owners as well, we're all in this together, let's create a carrier that has that attitude feeling, like shania twain, then PM will be unstoppable

@makkhan28, Every Provider in the country that include voice mail give you the option to remove it and that includes Telus Prepaid. The only Provider that do not let you remove voice mail is Public Mobile Prepaid, Koodo Prepaid and Mobilicity.
