Refunds for top ups

I think it would be very convenient for both consumers and mods if public mobile had a way to refund your account if the funds are available. I'm not sure how many people are as simple minded as me and go to top up their account without much thinking attached.

I doubt it. the top up mone can be used for your futre payments, several people actuallt top up monthly to lessen the 3 month pocket book hit.

@j_berggren as a general rule, no refunds are given at Public Mobile, given the prepaid and no-frills nature.  The moderators can and sometimes do make exceptions if they receive a polite request, when it is within their power.  That said, it would probably be in your best interest to be a bit more mindful with your top-ups.  OR, even better, turn on auto-pay and just never worry about making manual top-ups, since the system will do it for your during renewals (and prompt you with the correct top-up amount when if you go to purchase add-ons).  

As @mimmo correctly pointed out, if you did happen to manually top up too much, you can always leave it in your account as credit toward your next renewal or add-on purchase.  It's not as if you lose it entirely.
