I see this over and over that people complain in the forums about PM email support does not work... (IT SAYS 48 hour response times ... why do they expect 2minute response times ... it is not Bhell or Robbers)

WHY are they going to email when the community gets the job done first? I was actually confused why people email, I don't even know the email address ... lol 

I actually decided to click help and it says go to the community first. To ask for extra help maybe there should be more DID YOU ASK the community first, they are faster? before proceeding... 

Or make the notice bigger that it will take up to 48 hours to respond. 

(honestly) it sucks seeing so much angry folks ... (partially their fault for not going to the community first though) ...

(guess I cannot edit idea threads --- I should mention bhell/robbers take a good 24 hour to respond to emails as well...)
