I think alot of people don't know you can order refurbished phone through your partner Orchard.

You have it buried in your website and its hard to find. You should have a "Phone" tab to the left of Plans.

No one knows about your partner Orchard....I do but I had to search to find it.

Maybe PM needs to renovate their site for best results

@mccans @makkahn28 I found it on my first visit within 2 minutes, of which one of those two minutes was used to experiment with plan options.
