Public Mobile should have a mobile app. Most wireless providers offer some type of MyAccount app, for example, Bell, TELUS, Rogers all offer some type of an app for customers to pay their bill, check their usage, etc. It would be super helpful.
If you really want to add your voice to this, I recommend upvoting that one, since it's better to consolidate votes behind a single post. Unfortunately, it does not appear that PM has any plans for this, being a no-frills provider.
Come in PM, if a native app is not in the cards do to price etc. At least make self serve mobile responsive. Its 2017 (almost 2018). Mobile responsive sites are tablestake.
