I agree with @_tien_ that it would be an awesome package. My memory of the competators when i looked into it five years ago was that no one was doing a good job of it. You paid nearly twice as much anyways to have to phones on a plan and effectively cut your personal minutes/data in half.
It would be a great thing for the customers of Public Mobility (as half of unlimited is still unlimited) but unfortunately I think @burkely may be right about it not happening.
