Does PM have a way to remind PPL who use CC for their method of payments that their CC's Expiration is approaching, please remember to update your CC info to avoid disruption in service?
If system does not support this then it should be implemented.
Anyone know if Public system will auto reject an expired credit card or keep billing? (I know Bell's system sends notice every month but still seems to process the payments)
Thanks for the great suggestion! All customers who have text are notified that their credit card will expire 30 days and 7 days before the card expiration.
