Recently we saw numerous people complaining about various problem and Mods not responding in time. I had same issues here, I private messaged Mods and they never come back to me. The only thing I got is "not yet read"! It is so frustrated and I do not know if I should message another Mod or post in community.

So it just comes to me that it may be a good idea to establish a online issue tracking system. Just like your online phone account, a user can report issue by creating a "ticket" or something similar, and the "ticket" can be only seen by that user, but will be viewable internally to all Mods, so any Mod can work on that issue. User could be tracking the status such as "issue is received", "under review", "solved". Also this system could have issue categories that allows user to select, so that Mods know what kind of issue before reading the whole paragraphs.

I am not sure about the cost to create and maintain this online system, this is just a rough idea 🙂 so please add any additional suggestion or question.
