Hi 

 

I am new to public mobile community and i am suffering a lot, response time is very very bad. A useless response.

My mobile service is block from last four days more than 100 hours, onsite response time is 48 hours but there is no one to response. 

 

I am trapped. Paid already 3 months in advance.

Here is what I've learned so far by figuring things out myself. If you are getting a new number, you are in luck, you can create an account using the number to get a text to verify and then proceed to add the plans. 

 

If you are porting a number, then you have to wait until you get a text that the port was successful. This step may take up to 72 hours. Once that happens, you still need to wait for a mod to activate your account so you can add the plan. 

 

They need to have a centralized system and hire temps during promotions to work through the backlog.
