Can you guys come up with long term plans that are discounted to compete with freedom, chatr? One year plan with near equal packages to these guys but on the USP of Lte network? Also throw in US roaming like these two competitors. I'm talking here loyalty and retention. With an economy of scale of this magnitude your management wouldn't question the ROI. Looking at the current market landscape it is right time, the day freedom brings full lte you guys may have a challenge around retention....

It's would be a good alternative if pm do offer kind of match up plan like freedom but at the same time I think it's more about satisfaction I moved from freedom even after lte service I had so many issues even though they come up with lte I bought a device and change my plan but over 2 months of lte service established i didn't receive lte on my phone not even once I tried contacting cs they don't even know who and what area have lte pretty much each cs rep provide different stories at the end I give up sold lte phone and move to pm

Its a piece of mind with great service with 100 time more reliable service I personally think pm doesn't have to match up with anyone since the service is a lot better 

Thry would offer something better if they do see a competitor as of now pm doing a fantastic job I think  freedom and chatr have to work hard to steal business from pm

I also came from win out of frustration with the service not improving over the years. I wish but I doubt the big 3 takes them seriously as competition. I am on the fall promotion. That's competitive enough to make me switch.

Maybe make the fall promotion a permanent plan offered all the time ? 

Would also like to see a data plan only with lots of data at a fantastic price. The current promo from Fido 3GB/month data only plan for $15/month would be an example.

That would be awesome but I doubt they will make it permanent check other 3 big c 5gb plan start 65 to 110

4 gb pm if u under 12gb plan break down is 40 buck a month to best price in Ontario but let's see

It makes more sense to tell Freedom and chatr to match Public Mobile prices on lte plans. The service is totally different on both. I know freedom is getting better with lte but, its not gonna happen anytime soon. And their plan price won't be cheaper on lte plans.

@paulie, I agree. We can't do a one to one comparison between freedom and public mobile. In fact, public mobile doesn't really compare to any other at the moment. Many customers like a full service provider. In lieu of full service, a more competitive plan can be offered up.

One area that pm has to cover with a competitive plan is with limited kiosk/ dealer networks. As a mostly online telecoms provider they need to give frills that make customers come to them than they going to their customers. Offering a service like $40 with comparable features (not exact but close) will be a win win situation. Freedom mobile is really good in southern GTA cities leave alone GTA. If pm wants the most dense market in Canada , they need to get aggressive with their strategy.
