Long Distance Add-on Country List

Hello! Recent forum post brought to light a relevant issue that it's difficult to locate which countries are on the long-distance calling list.

Perhaps adding this list below the add-on, or in the fine print in the footnotes of the page would be beneficial for those looking to add this.

Thank you, for bringing this to our attention! We added a knowledge base article describing the add-on needed to call internationally, as well as the countries which are included in the add-on.
