Lock "Old" Threads

If it's easy to implement, prevent posts to threads older than 48 hours.  Post  banner above them "To improve responsiveness this thread no longer accepts posts. To continue click here: New Message. 

These posts do not apeear under Latest Topics and are only visible to previous posters which severely limits chances of Community response.

I could be an ahole and post it as a new idea ... but then Lud would tell me he posted it already, hes good like that.
