Live Chat Option with Mods.

Hello,

Since Public Mobile is a complete online service, I was wondering if it would be beneficial to have an online live chat option with moderators to help out with issues and concerns.

I know that there are private messaging here and other options and mods are very helpful and try their best to get back to you in a timely manner. But since this is an online service, having this option makes sense.

Some people may have concerns that it may put a burden on the mods but it can always be designed in a way that as you login to the chat, it tells you your queue number in the chat and reminds you about the option of leaving a private message as an alternative.

Just an idea.

Please let me know what you guys/gals think.

I believe this topic has been suggested several times before.  It is probably best to find the thread with most likes and add your comments there.

From disscuions I remember this is likley not going to happen in the near future if at all.

Unfortunately, this isn't going to happen especially when Public Mobile is working on getting rid of the 611 service for the legacy customers.  The current moderator system allows them to operate with a team of 3.  There is no way that 3 people can run a live chat service.

I mean you could msg their Facebook group. They reply pretty fast when they're helping you.

I concur, PM has already stated that Online Chat would not be in the cards
