I had already commited to changing cariers to you by buying out my Bell plan and porting my number, took over 3 weeks to be able to get credit on an account because of the bug that some users have with your online payment. 

 

Fix it.

 

I wish I could change back to my old plan as of this point, but its gone. So far Bell has been infitely better and was well worth the extra cost. I would love for you to change my opinion on this.
