I had this idea, if PM were to theoretically use throttle for data, reserve it like this:
on 30 day, if PM had 2 Gig, reserve it for that, as This may be handy for those who use their allocation wisely, but need some additionals for small stuff like occational email, unless add-on data was bought, then regular speeds apply
90 day, perhaps on the 6 gig, 4 Gig to me is JUST not exactly enough for 90 days, but 6 gigs is just right, and if ppl go over occassionally, perhaps throttling is more wise, to a certain degree
Not saying this should fully replace add-ons, but perhaps when ppl go over and have have a few days remaining on cycle, perhaps throttling maybe a flexible alternative to some, again, to a certain degree
