Hi everyone!

I do know that more talk options has been addressed (heck, I even commented on the idea), but I was wondering if there are any plans in the works to introduce additional data packages/caps. Speaking from personal experience, I'm a pretty data-heavy user (anywhere from 2-4GB/month on WIND, where I don't have to think about it as much). I do use some nationwide talk minutes, but not enough to warrant unlimited access. I would love to see unlimited data at an affordable price, but I know that might just be a pipe dream.

I also know that some people use more than 1GB and less than 4GB in any given month, and some customers would appreciate the savings of paying a lower fee for a smaller cap.

My apologies if this has come up before!  I'm a little wet behind the ears with this community. I love the idea of using alternative carriers, though! The reason I'm considering PM is because WIND doesn't have coverage where I'm moving. I've been a bit spoiled by their model for the last couple of years. Having said that, this is a way better option over most of the other carriers in many ways!

Hi. That's understandable. I have also submitted many different ideas so that PM can offer a wide-range of options with little friction

Totally @makkahn28! I think the larger the range of options (within reason, mind you), the more opportunity to create a truly tailored and custom plan that best meets the needs of each customer. I think, too, that offering flexibility around talk packages and data caps will allow for savings in the sense that people won't be paying for things that they don't use - which is a major issue that I think gets overlooked. Unlimited everything is nice, but what if you're only using 30 minutes of talk time every month?
