Whenever PPL have to UPDATE their CC Expiration date, The PM Self-Serve makes PPL RE-ENTER ALL, Name, CC #

 

What IF PM ALSO added an OPTION, UPDATE CC Expiration Date

 

Simplify this

 

What IF You have 4 or More A/C, using SAME CC

 

RE-ENTERING EVERYTHING would feel like a Chore, and take time

Ah, I was worried - you haven't posted in the lab for a couple of days... 😉

 

While it might simplify things slightly, there are many many things that need to be fixed first and are more important to a smoother customer experience.

Credit cards expire every 3 to 5 years. It's not that you are spending 10 hours every 2 months to update your automated online payments, is it?

But, If you have, example 4 or More A/C Under Same CC, PPL might be like, I have better things to do with my Time than to RE-ENTER All these, more like Paper Pushers, lol

Well the problem you’re posing is a once in every few year issue, so it really doesn’t make sense, especially as Publi Mobile is a one account per SIM card system.

 

Retyping the name on the card is common sense, as a new card MAY have a different name on it.

 

Billing address may or may not change too.  Oh, and what about the telephone number associated with the credit card?  It could change too!

I so happened to have the Same CC Info, JUST Expiration dates and 3 Digit Behind Card was different

 

Just saying, IF you have multiple A/C Using same CC, would shave some time
