well, you have to use the same e-mail for your self-serve and community account to get the rewards. And the e-mail is linked to the username? So essentialy its the same?
Sim ordering, Self-Serve, and the Community are 3 separate web systems. Yes it's a pain, but sometimes that's what you get with no frills service. It's like buying plastic grocery bags at the discount grocery store (and in Ontario, at the Premium stores ).
