For the new plans, as its now a Buffet style set-up, perhaps PM should allow ppl in self serve, if they wish to have their plans change at specific date, give ppl that so they can choose to do so, instead of a proactive currently. Also, if ppl wish to add an addition to their buffet plan, being able to w/o having to pay all over again for entire Plans, except if after, example 10 days, then you have to pay full amount.

This way, ppl will perhaps begin to renew their love, For Public Mobile

I actually agree with this as well, When switching Plans there should be a POP up or some other mean saying ' Would you like to make change at the end of your 30 days or would you like immediate change where you would have to pay the full price of the plan all over. Another thing I would like to actually see on all Prepaid Provider the ability to Purchase add on for future use/date. Say you bought $30 1GB Data Add on, I would like to see the option of being able to purchase right way like how it is now but I would like to see that you can have it start on the Date you Specify.
