Free whatsapp global roaming

I'm wondering if Public Mobile might be able to offer something similar to KnowRoaming? Basically they have deals with other providers to allow whatsapp messages and calls on their networks for free. KnowRoaming doesn't charge for any of that data usage.

If they can do it, I don't see how Public Mobile can't do something similar. Of course in order to do it, PM would likely have to have some sort of paid roaming plans with the providers for all non whatsapp traffic.

Anyway, just an idea!

What if PM had the Roam Add-Ons function, 10 and 14 days, Instead of one-sided timer, NO matter what, have it where, U have 30 DAYS to USE the 10 or 14 DAYS, EACH TIME, OR WHEN U CROSS BORDER, ONE DAY is DEDUCTED, SO IF U MAKE MULTIPLE trips in ONE DAY, it STILL COUNTS AS ONE DAY, GIVING GREATER FLEXIBILITY

THE ADD-ON DATA, should be LINKED w. the Can- ADD-On Data, 200, 500 800MB and 1G, NO Expiry, JUST staying TILL Consumed, I think PM should consider this as another alternative

For the INCOMING Txt, IF NO Add-On Txt, still receive at least, can be good when someone sends a message in case of emergencies

PM adding Global Roaming 

If its feasible, maybe have Cruising Roam if its cheap, and efficient
