I don't know if this has been suggested yet, but I would like to suggest the possibility to export the Usage History into an Excel sheet so we can sort the columns "Call Type" and/or "Usage Types".

Thanks.

I am not sure if that is possible, BUT I like that idea

YES

I despise how Public lists use currently with pages upon pages of sent txt, mb used, call made

If not to export then at least a summary screen (200 minutes used, 200 txt sent etc)

@makkahn28 it is possible on many other companies with listings and PM should also take this into consideration.

It is especially important to be able to secure the data usage as the data usage disappears after 90 days.

I am an analysis and numbers freak....

For now I found the solution to copy and paste everything into a selfcreated Excel sheet. The frustrating parts about this:

- the column "Date/Time" isn't properly formatted when pasting into Excel, because the time is also in the same column.

This way I cannot sort/filter by days or months...

- same with the column "Data Usage" which also contains letters instead of only numbers.

This way I cannot AutoSum the usage.

This would be a very useful feature which would accomodate a lot of lacking features in the account usage review. For me, I need to sort out work-related usage on my personal phone in order to be compensated. Being able to access usage on our accounts really should be more straight forward.

Currently I'm going to have to copy and paste usage from individual pages into a spreadsheet and format them to be able to sort these items out. Since the start of my billing period, that's currently 48 pages I have to sort through.

Seems like a really simple and obvious feature!

I would also like the ability to download usage information for any given period to a CSV file that could be imported to Excel.

Failing that, could the current usage history page be modified to allow for options on the number of rows displayed?  Currently I am cutting and pasting the data and since there are so few lines shown on each page this takes awhile (48 pages for @uncivlengr for example).

Just noticed that the time on the usage report is a 12 hour clock but there is no AM/PM indicator so when I cut and paste the data into Excel an afternoon entry at 1:25 sorts before a morning event at 10:23.

Could the usage report have a 24 hour clock option (i.e., 13:25 and 10:23 for the above times) or show AM/PM?

Yes, export to CSV is critical (with 24 hour clock or am/pm indication), please PublicMobile implement this...

I agree. This needs to be addressed!

Also I do no see any way to differentiate which calls are free in my province-wide calling, and which calls count against my 400min add-on.

An export feature with separate date and 24-hr time columns.
