My account was suspended this morning due to payment not being received, I've been on autopay for years now, not sure why it was just now a problem. I logged into my account, removed the old card and tried to add a new one. I get an error with every ...
I just changed my account from 3 GB to 6 gb. The addon minutes I have on my account no longer work - I get an automated message now when I try to call that I should add minutes to my account.
