I recently tried signing up to PM and sadly I am one of the unlucky people whom are stuck in limbo due to a error in payment processing. Anyways, I have been emailing support for the past couple of days and am frustrated about hte lack of response. I think it would be great if they added a simple "Email a Copy" to your email option on the support/complaint email for PM.
It would give us a little more patience knowing that we have something timestamped in our Inboxes and that when we need to go refer to what we previously wrote we can easily do so.
Honestly, aside from the hassle, I think what PM is doing is a big step forward for Canadian mobile telecomunications. I just hope they can get everything working and get all the kinks ironed out before customers decide to go somewhere else.
