I noticed that it is hard to view the details of our transactions (including GST, QST, etc). I want to put those in my files but cannot find them easily. I think you can add a link on the transactions to get to the officials receipts.
Last time they mentioned we needed to email them to generate an invoice (still accurate?) but even if they just made a link to "click here to request invoice" it would speed process up
Yes - they do send out verbose and more detailed invoices if you request them... I like the fact that you can request them for a certain time period even if you want to have detailed invoices from quite a while ago. It would be better however, to automatically receive invoices via e-mail.. or have the ability to put a request in via self serve rather than PM'ing a moderator..
