Trying to contact someone working for PM sucks bad. Why cant you answer clients via a phone???? NO way I can talk to anyone cause its all done by community or just plain figure out your own issue on your own! What kind of service is that. I own a business and switched with you guys, got locked out even though I have the right email n pw and get locked out!?!?!?  I dont have time to to spend hours on getting an issue resolved. I sure dont need this!

@helsonwheels, did you sign up and switch to PM without knowing that they didn't have a call centre and that the only way for service is through the forum?

Mods are pretty quick to reply durning working hours and get most issues fixed as long ass you give them the needed info.  the system is a littly buggy, ie fortgot poassweord does not work. 

 

The model is not for everyone.

PM is a no frills budget cell service provider. Its business concept is quite disruptive but online only customer service is not for everyone. If you need a customer service rep that you can talk to over the phone and/or other conveniences like easy access to payment receipts etc you should find a business plan with another provider and be willing to pay for said services.

They will get back to you tomorrow morning. We recommend turning on e-mail notifications so that you get an alert when their reply is in your inbox,

 For future reference: Not everybody stops by here in the Lab - it's meant for suggestions... If you post your questions in the according section, like self serve for this one, you'll receive help faster.

Westcoaster chill out. My first time posting in PM. And no I didn't know there was no call centre as I didnt fill out the application. My fault for sure. Should of rely on myself.  It's done so be it.

You are right saying, but you can save a lot on your bill by using PM.No worry about your forget password, you received you email right away by click on forget password option.

But that is where the problem is.  The email is delayed multiple hours, and arrives after the time has expired, making the proper method useless at this time. 😞
