My employer allows me to expense my cell phone plan. Unfortunately I can't find a way to print a clean receipt from the user portal. The only option I can see is Transaction History which for a single payment shows a table with 3 different columns (Credit, Debit, Balance) and 6 line items with different values in the 3 columns. Also the HST is not shown anywhere.

I get that the plan is based on several discounts, but there should be a cleaner/better way to print a receipt of what was actually paid towards the cell plan.

Thanks !

I agree, and not only that, the breakdown is really confusing to look at.

You only realistic option is to use your credit card receipts as proof of payment.

Agreed, something basic like this should be implemented for sure.

As has been mentioned previously, you can request an invoice via private message to a moderator.  But you'll need to do it everytime.

If enough people do this, maybe Public Mobile will create an option for self-serve to provide it upon request, due to time required by moderators increasing.

I completely agree and can't believe this isnt already in place.  I think this may be a breach of law as well. A simple 'download reciept' option can't possible be that difficult to integrate into the site.  Quoting a different users comments...

I'd like to remind the moderators here that proper sales receipts/invoices are required by Canadian law. The requirements for invoicing differ depending on the purchase amount, however, invoices over $30 must clearly show the GST/HST applicable, and business number.  Its also not very kind to businesses to withhold proper receipts, as they require them to claim the GST/HST paid, and further, may require them if subject to an audit.

It's the law that a reciept has to be issued and it MUST display the companies HST number on it.  When will this be put in place?
