When selecting a plan it should be made more clear that if you select a 90 day plan with 6GB of data, it should be made very clear to the end user that the 6GB is for the course of 90 days and does not replenish itself every 30 days.
I, indeed, am THRILLED, @7789849803! Thank you @Jeremy_M and/or whomever on your team is responsible for getting this done! Hopefully this will drastically reduce (if not eliminate completely) any confusion for new customers!
Due to Public Mobile being my first and only carrier, I have no preconceptions about the length of a term. I'm obviously in a minority if one takes into account the number of new customers confused by what is presented to them. The clarification of data allotments can only help.
If I may be a nay-sayer, I find it problematic that a change, so easily made, had to be pursued and pursued, as if it were a snowball being pushed up a mountain. If the decision-maker(s) would have seen the problem from the customers' view, the change would not have taken this long to implement.
