Can we create a chatroom for Users to offer direct Peer To Peer Support (without moderators so things don't get too messy), I think it could make answering basic questions much easier and simple.
Couple of times recently I could have assisted a customer more easily if an IRC/web chat facilty had been available. For example, I could log into my account while they log into theirs and help them navigate in "real" time.
We could set up this privately, Facebook messenger for example, but I think, it would better if monitored by PM. For me it would only be active if I am online at our Forum; no notifications, no multiple conversations, only private peer-peer.
Facility to be used by active customers only; no visitors, no moderators. Initiated by a "helper" from a thread just as private messaging can be offered.
