Here's another: You know how after 90 days plan, regardless of old vs new, would be put to sleep, PM should have some policy, if after 90 days, but before a certain period of time, If ppl want to reactivate, paying a fee atop of plan renewal fee and such, something like a faint hope clause. PM would have some ppl happy with some relief, nothing too long, like 30-60 days after original 90 day, giving some hope to revive the account in some capacity.
The other: Though there is currently no idling fee, ppl sometimes take vacations, perhaps creating an idling fee, so ppl don't shell out insane amounts of money when on vacation over 90 days old. even a $5-$10 fee is better than nothing.
