Hi,

I currently have two mobile, one for my wife and one for myself. Eventually, I will most likely also have two more for my kids.

Currently, each phone needs to have its own account. I would like the opportunity that have more than one phone and plan in the same account.

Instead of having referral, the discount could be applied directly into the account.

I like this idea for those people who are bringing their family with. Hoping the management will seriously consider this option.

Also, create a merge tool so that those of us with more than one account can consolidate them once this request has been implemented.

Hey All,

Did this go anywhere?

I was just about to port a couple of other phones in, and found this limitation. So, everyone with more than one phone (virtually everyone who isn't single?) needs to have another email address, another username, another password, and login multiple times (4 in my case) to administer accounts? Oy. Smiley Mad

Hi @jukos,

Though my self-serve account's username differs from Martin, which is my community username and real name, all email addresses and passwords remain the same per person. If you are using a Gmail address, please note that, if you want to create 5 different addresses, insert a dot between characters. For example, google@gmail.com will be delivered just as if it were g.oogle@gmail.com, or go.ogle@gmail.com, or g.o.o.g.l.e@gmail.com, etc. With message rules in place, you can ensure that the right email is sent to the right recipient's inbox.

I hope that this has addressed your concern.

Hi @jukos,

My private message to you indicates that it has yet to be read, at least in your community account.

FYI.
