The idea for a Public Mobile app has been proposed in the Lab multiple times, in many variations. This here seems to be one of the more popular ones: http://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Public-Lab/phone-application/idi-p/12004 It's better to concentrate votes behind fewer posts to highlight how popular an idea is, rather than dilute it by distributing the votes to many posted ideas. In any case, PM is aware of the demand for an app. No announcement has been made on when that will arrive.
