Think about this
Most of the issues we see are related to plan changes.
People complaining about double billing
Future plan changes not completing
Even worse, future plan changes invalid because when your date comes the plan is no longer in system (rememeber the summer problems)
My solution is allow immediate plan changes
If I paid $120 for the 6GB plan and it expires in Dec, why wait for the bug
It is same price as the $120 12GB plan so let us switch today and RENEW in Dec
As long as plan you wish to change to is equal to or less than existing plan, let plan change through and KEEP existing renew date
