Add a "New Topics" section to the front page

I think that it would be awesome to have a "New Topics" section on the front page of the Community. Similar to the "New Solutions" or "Latest Topics" section, except the "New Topics" section would only display threads that have just been posted and have not received any replies. 

This would make it easier to locate new and unanswered threads so that members can help each other out quickly.

You can separately navigate to each board/section such as Discussion and see number of views and replies. This community has grown a lot so hardly any topic goes unanswered.
