AN ALTERNATE TO AN APP: STEP-BY-STEP ILLUSTRATION ON IPHONE

AS A NEW SUBSCRIBER TO PM (ACTUALLY TODAY IS MY 1ST DAY WITH PM), I AM QUITE DISAPOINTED TO FIND THERE IS NO APP FOR US TO USE.

HERE IS AN ALTERNATE TO ACCESS SELFSERVICE QUICKLY I USED TO TRY WHEN NO APP IS AVAILABLE. I MADE A STEP-BY-STEP ILLUSTRATION, AND HOPE IT CAN HELP THOSE WHO ARE WAITING FOR AN APP FOR PM.

BTW, IT SHOULD ALSO WORK ON THE ANDROID PHONE.

I can tell you that given what is going to happen to the Koodo app, Public Mobile will never get one.  Most of us that have been around for a while would be happy if all the bugs in the portal were fixed.

@forrestfun this should probably have been posted elsewhere, not in the Public Lab.  And definitely please mind the all caps, that was really hard on the eyese!

Welcome to the no frills of PublicMobile. 🙂

I beleive an App is "coming soon" but in the meantime, the portal serves it's purpose.  Set it and foget it (pick plan and put it on auto pay) and buy addons when needed.
