90 Day Plans Explanations

I know this should be blatantly obvious to most people but... apparently it is not...

You would be amazed how many people sign up for a 90 day plan then get all surprised at first bill

Maybe on activation email them a pdf of terms of service or something

I suspect this confusion is because most other prepay options are either per minute rates or 30 day top ups

What you are asking is for more stuff to read ... people are not reading what is there right now, how would this help?

It is obvious what it is. you just have to read. How many terms of service have you read, most are 50+ pages ... I read one once ... BLOODLY BORING!

@kav2001c what about it specifically are you seeing people misunderstand?  Since PM cleared up the data allotment amounts being "xGB / 90 days", I've seen almost nobody making that mistake any more.

I posted this in anger I admit but you know

Maybe we could help people learn to read

But my idea still stands

I actually think it is a requirement in the wireless code as well, need to check that
