US Data Roaming Expired - Can't rebuy 1gig add-on again ?

My 1gig add-on expired today after 10 days. When I go to purchase new add-ons the only US data roaming plans shown are the 250m or 500m plans. Any reason why I can't resub to the 1g poan ?

The data roaming is not listed anymore as part of my current add-ons. Also I can't use any data via AT&T right now. So it should be expired and available for purchase right ?

By design, the system does not allow you to buy the same add-on concurrently.  You should be able to buy it the next day.
