Switched phones - can't call out (emergency calls only)

Hi - I've been a PM customer for about 2 years. 

 

I just got a new-to-me phone - an LGG5. Switched SIM cards, texting and data is working fine on new phone. I can receive phone calls, but I cannot make outgoing calls - I'm getting "emergency calls only" message. 

 

I have tons of phone minutes left: I've only used 259 of my 1000 mins. 

500 min Canada-Wide Long Distance
259  /  1000 MIN

 

Help! I need to be able to make outgoing calls and not sure how to fix this. Thanks

 

PS: I actually switched everything over about 5 days ago. I think the outgoing calls were working for the first few days, but now they're not

Never mind, I solved my own problem - the SIM card wasn't inserted properly. I opened and closed the tray, reseated it, and now I can call out. Just updating this in case it helps someone else 🙂
