issue topping account

and declining my usual cc from topping up

there is sufficient funds on the card

I did that 5 hours and 3 hours ago but they take too much time replying...

Account is suspended because auto renew did not happen today

card is good

it has been with that card in the past without any issues

I used this card else where yesterday

Has your phone stopped working?

Is your CC set up for autopay?

Is your account suspended?

What does your Available Funds show? $2?

Is your cc valid not expired?

Post a screenshot of your payment history and we can see what might be happening? Blank our personal information of course.
