Forgot password and security question

I have tried clicking on every link I can I have forgotten my password and my security answer keeps saying it's wrong how can I reset my password so I can pay my account.

@Mdsanford1981  In the meantime you can make payment by dialling #611 from your phone and follow the IVR prompts.
