I changed my plan today and made payment, yet have no service.
I have PM'd the Mods and have got no response and more troubling ...The last time a mod responded to an inquery was a WEEK ago.
Where are the mods and how do I get my service restored?
Any and all help is greatly appreciated.

There's no "put time" on phones around here. You can add money to pay for add-ons. You can add money to renew or reactivate the plan.
What is the status of the account? Are you trying to buy add-ons?
Using the phone with your sons SIM in, what happens when you dial 611?

I am new here but I would recomend using the self serv app to verify the funds, phone number, SIM number, ect. Then I would remove the SIM card and reseat it then do a restart of your phone. It may not solve your problem but it is a good place to start.
