unable to logout of myaccount.publicmobile.ca and deleting cookies doesn't help, looks like i have to use a different browser for every account 😞

There is a logout on the side panel, check the screenshot below
if you don't see the side panel, there should be a circle and > at the bottom, click that to unhide the side panel
But an advise, if you need to login multiple accounts, use Incognito mode to avoid cache problem
