I am trying to connect to my data but when I turn it on nothing happens. The data icon does not appear.

Hi, which model phone are you using?

You should select APN.
You can select the "Mobile Internet". The parameters should be like the link below in the LovesToPM email.

Please verify if the APN (Access Point Names) is correctly set in the phone's settings, and if there is data left from your data allotment, from your Self-Serve account.

If it not working you just have to create or customize your APN (access point name )by going in your setup/connections/mobile network/access point name.there you customize your current APN or clic add to create a new APN if you cant customize the current one just clic on the current one and clic save after it you will be able to customize it for the apn setting there is the web site to help you
