Sim card not delivered

Hey everyone. I purchase a Sim card last week online trying to take advantage of the referral promotion but still haven't recieved anything. There is no tracking number. 

 

It has been over a weeks and there are no further updates or number to call. Any idea on how I can get this resolved?

@Alex12345 Seems you can't take the advantage to have the referral promotion. Just hold on this SIM card when you receive it. Hopefully they have some special offer soon...
