I have activated my public mobile SIM card one week back and still not working

You may want to check if your phone is actually unlocked.
Secondly, check your account to see the status of your servce if it is active.
Thirdly, check if your previous service from former provider is still active which will mean your porting has not gone through (if you're porting your old number)
Thence, you may want to message the moderators with your phone number and 4 digit pin.

@rijomjohn, What model phone is it? Are you sure it is compatible with the network? What plan do you see in your self serve portal?

Could you explain more of what your currently experiencing?
Is your phone not starting? Is it not able to connect to the network? Have you tried the SIM in a different phone? Maybe you could try restarting the phone as well, sometimes that fixes it.
