I have paid $15, it can't call out and also can't receive phone call, when my phone will work?

Is this a new account?  Do data and text messaging services work?  Which phone model are you using?

 

If this is a new account, check that your phone has the required 850 and 1900MHz frequency support for the 3g network.

 

It's also possible that the service wansn't provisioned properly on Public Mobile's end.

Click the Get Started tab at top of the page to see if your phone will work on Public Mobile network.

Log into My Account to make sure your plan is Active.

@4039036032 Maybe you can try re-insert the SIM card and see if the reception gets back. Check if the PM network shown on your phone too.
