you sold me an invalid simcard?

In trying to register the new simcard you sent in in April but I have not yet used it says the number is invalid. Ive checked the number 4 times. I bought the card thru paypal on this site

Hi @cherryaims your sim card came with a little brochure on how to activate your sim card. You should have followed those steps. But not to worry, here's the link to start your Public Mobile Online Activation as already suggested by @Jb456  above.  I hope this helps. Good luck!

No worries if it's really invalid they will reimburse you or resend.

But first check that really it is invalid, if it gets locked into a session it will not be available for the activation for about an hour.

Clean cache, incognito mode, no space in postal code and avoiding apartment number will make the next attempt smoother.

Did you pass the payment section? 

 

If yes check if your card was charged.

 

If it was charged put your sim card in your phone it will likely work.

 

If it does work and you were charged go to link below to create your self serve account.

If you were not charged. System locks sim for 50 minutes. Wait one hour, clear internet cookie/history cache open a fresh browser in incognito mode and try again.

 

Don't forget a referral code for a $10 sign up bonus. If you used one and were charged and service works the credit will be applied within 72 hours.

@cherryaims Did you ever go past the first page? Wait 50 minutes. Clear cache, close browser, and launch in incognito mode. Double check number. If it still doesn't work, someone activated it before. You would need a new sim.

What says the SIM is invalid?

 

If it's Self-Serve activation then try clearing your browser cache/cookies (and wait an hour) before attempting again.

 

If it's your phone saying "Invalid SIM" then chances are it's a carrier-locked device (and it won't work with any SIM card from any carrier other than the one which originally sold it to the consumer).

Hi there,

You may have timed out during the activation process. Try waiting an hour, and then try again.

Also when you try, clear your browser cache and open a tab incognito mode (this is helpful for finicky things).

 

If you check your credit card, was it charged? If so, insert your SIM and reboot your phone. Do you have services?
